Melayani nasabah juga sambil ngerjain yg lain.
The CS is not friendly at all, dirty, and emotionally unstable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanam lambat dan semrawut. dalam ga boleh berkerumun tetapi org2 masuk nyelonong baru dtg ambil antrian udh lgsg masuk cari tmpt duduk. bnyk yg bawa anak karna ambil bantuan disini, kursi terbatas dan anaknya dikasih tmpt duduk sendiri. tlong efektifitasnya. cs cuma 1 org juga luamaaa bgt 1 nasabah bisa sampe 1jam. kapok pake BRI pdhal kesini cuma mau aktifin mbanking.
slow and chaotic service. You can't crowd inside, but people come in and just come and take the queue, they've already entered, looking for a seat. Many bring their children because they take help here, the seats are limited and the children are given their own seat. please its effectiveness. cs only 1 person is too big, 1 customer can take up to 1 hour. I'm tired of using BRI even though I only want to activate banking here.
