★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller proses uang sambil main hp. Satpam kurang sopan. Oke lah bertanya mau keperluan apa, tapi terlalu sotoy tanpa mendengarkan nasabah sebelum bicara.
Pernah dateng jam 11 nggak boleh masuk gara2 jam 12 CS mau istirahat dan atrian mau ditutup karena udah kebanyakan yang antri. Udah cs cuma 1. Mungkin dikira orang kampung ga pernah transaksi di bank lain. Nggak semua begitu, coba diperhatikan. attitudenya pada yang bagus. Saya juga kerja di perusahaan div keuangan dan terbiasa transaksi di bank besar untuk urusan yang ga cuma setor tunai, nggak gini2 loh kelakuan orang2nya.
Akan saya sampaikan juga di saran melalui telepon. Supaya diperbaiki.
