★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Bank cukup baik. Namun sayang banyaknya nasabah kadang tidak di dukung dengan pegawai yang cukup pas, sehingga antrian banyak dan proses lama menjadikan sedikin kurang nyaman.
 Bank services are quite good. But unfortunately the number of customers is sometimes not supported by employees who are quite right, so that the queue is a lot and the old process makes it less comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari pegawai di bank bri cukup kurang baik mengingat masih dalam kondisi covid. Harusnya mutu pelayanan ditingkatkan serta pegawai bank yang terkesan kurang gercep dalam melayani konsumen/nasabah sehingga terjadi penumpukan antrian. Saat ditegur pun terkesan mengabaikan teguran/pengaduan masalah. Mohon ditingkatkan kembali kualitas pelayanan.

Service from employees at Bank BRI is quite poor considering that it is still in a covid condition. Service quality should be improved as well as bank employees who seem less speedy in serving consumers / customers so that queues are built up. When being reprimanded, it seems that they ignore the warning / complaint of problems. Please improve the quality of service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pegawai dari bank kurang ramah begitupun satpamnya juga kurang ramah, mohon di tingkatkan agar masyarakat setempat yang berkunjung bisa puas dengan pelayanan nya.
The service of employees from the bank is not friendly as well as the security guard is also not friendly, please improve so that the local people who visit can be satisfied with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas kesini Dateng jam 12.40 kan pas jam istirahat...yah karena penting akhirnya nunggu,jam 13.00 kan dah selese istirahat nya kupikir..
Udah lama nunggu waktu dah pukul 13.05..masih sabar wali dah gelisah..akhirnya dah ga sabar ketika sudah jam 23.14 ,lgsg menuju ke pintu kantor mau ngetuk,aku disamperin sama org baju merah yg duduk dibelakang ku td.dan dia nanya mau ngapain MB??!!!Hellow siapa dia ya..kayaknya kebersihannya.tp dia masuk kantornya dan mgkn ngasih tau ke teler n vs nya supaya cepet..
Dan ga lama kemudian pada nongol deh vs ma teller ya.
Apa harus di ketok dl baru keluar??hemm..lebih profesional lagi ya mas vs n teller

Hello who is he huh ... I think his cleanliness. He enters his office and wants to tell the phone n vs it to hurry ...
And not long after that came out vs ma teller huh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya sangat tidak ramah, kaya mau gamau bantu nasabah padahal juga bank sedang sepi.
Beda dengan satpam dari bank lain yang ramah bantu nasabah kesulitan.
Mohon bapak satpamnya diberi tau agar bisa berbenah diri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang sudah ada ATM untuk setor tunai walaupun sering ngadat.
Satpamnya kurang informatif sekali banget.
Pernah mau ambil uang UMKM kata satpamnya harus ngantri dari pagi. Pas datang hari berikutnya jam 8 pagi nomer antrian udah habis. Kata satpam, jangan telat....kalah sama yg dari magelang.
Hari berikutnya datanh jam 7 belum buka, terus tanya ke CSnya. Ternyata ambil antriannya harus setelah subuh, dan minta ke CSnya bisa. Dan sehari cuma dibatasi 20 antrian.
Satpamnya gaje banget, tidak kasih tahu kalau nomor antrian diambil jam 5 pagi. Malah CSnya yang kasih tau.

The next day, it's 7 o'clock, it's not open yet, so ask the CS. It turns out that you have to take the queue after dawn, and ask CS if you can. And a day is only limited to 20 queues.
The security guard was really bad, didn't tell him that the queue number was taken at 5 am. Even the CS told me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Bank BRI yang di Purwodadi ini sekarang diperluas dan bangunan baru yang berada di kiri jalan jikalau dari arah Purworejo kota.
*Teller ada 1 orang dan Customer Service ada 1 orang.
*Atm bri disini ada 2 buah, dimana yang satu buahnya bisa untuk setor tunai
*Toilet di sisi selatannya kantor BRI (tepat diujung Timur)
*Area parkir luas.

* The BRI Bank in Purwodadi is now being expanded and a new building is on the left side of the road if you are from Purworejo city.
* There is 1 teller and 1 customer service.
* There are 2 BRI ATMs here, one of which can be used for cash deposits
*Toilet on the south side of the BRI office (right at the east end)
* Spacious parking area.
