Pelayanan nya sangat buruk, khususnya untuk dokter kandungan yg perempuan. Untuk sesama perempuan seharusnya bisa lebih ramah, tapi sangatΒ² buruk sekali pelayanan nya. Segitu bayar, gak bisa bayangin deh kalo gratis ??

Kurang suka sama dokter wanitanya kurang ramah,, di bilang hamil ngga serius ngejalaninya ini itu,pdhal sya sudah berusaha semaksimal mungkin supaya anak sya sehat bb normal,,jjur kecewa bgt malah jdi ngga semngat hbis priksa sma tu dokter

Dokter wanita tidak ramah saat ditanya konsultasi,buru2 bgt biar kelar. Bagian cek tespek jg ngawur, masa dua garis dibilang negatif. Bidan yg bantu dokter malah lbh ramah drpd dokternya klo ditanya mlh ngegas. Pdhl kami konsul itu bayar loh, jd hak kami kan bertanya. Dan kami tdk pakai BPJS!
The female doctor is not friendly when asked for a consultation, so hurry to get it done. The test check section is also inconsequential, when two lines are said to be negative. The midwife who helps the doctor is even more friendly than the doctor when asked, she is loud. Even though we are the consuls, we pay, so it's our right to ask questions. And we don't use BPJS!

Sblm ke klinik sercing dulu untuk sore mulai jam brpa, kalo gk salah prnh liat jam 16.00 Krna kurang puas dtng lgsg untuk skedar nanya sore buka mulai jam brpa nanya sama staf cowo dijawab jam 4. Pas wktunya keklinik dtng jam 4 ehh trnyata buka jam 5 sore itupun baru pndaftaran, bisa usg mulai dr jam 7an. Hemm kecewa deh. Trus paas diarea kasir / administrasi ada 3 kryawan cewe2 pas ditanya buka jam brpa jwb jam 5 gada ramah2nya yaallah Ditanya balik, bisa gak dftr dulu (posisi jam setengah 5) ehh dijwb sama 2 tu cewe brsamaan ngegass bgt.. kaget pen nangis ko gitu amat yah 1 lagi.. anehnya ko bisa2nya jam krja pd ngemil gitu ada customer pd cuek ngemil bae. Akhirnya mutusin nyari klinik yg lain krna dsitu gak rekomendasi. Suami jga smpe kesel tau pelayananya kurang baik.

I'm surprised that I'm crying like that 1 more thing.. it's weird how come the working hours are snacking, so there are customers who don't care about snacking, bae. Finally decided to look for another clinic because it wasn't recommended there. My husband is also annoyed to know that the service is not good.

Staff sangat amat tidak ramah. Waktu itu niatnya mau program, pertama kali, namanya jg pertama, blm tau apa2, eh pas dateng, nanya baik2 malah jawabnya gak ngenakin hati, judes. Untung belum jadi promil disitu, blm ngeluarin duit, gak rugi2 amat. Lain kali minta tolong ya, SOP-nya sebagai pekerja dipelajari dgn baik. Belajar lgi gimana caranya RAMAH melayani customer.

Staffnya cukup ramah, memang ada beberapa yg judes atau tegas perlu diperbaiki ya. Setelah USG diberikan link file foto dan video, namun video tidak ada suara utk rekaman detak jantung :( Jika kartu pasien hilang sangat SUSAH SEKALI SISTEMNYA utk dapat video atau foto yg lain. Dokternya JUARA BANGET!! dr. M. Fajar Ekaputra, SpOG superrrr ramah dan baik banget. Langsung akrab sm pasien, jelas banget menerangkankan. Overall utk pelayanan tolong ditingkatkan dan utk promo tolobg ditambah. Bisa bekerjasama dgn BPJS juga ya

After the ultrasound was given a link to the photo and video files, but the video has no sound for recording the heartbeat :( If the patient's card is lost, it is very difficult for the system to get another video or photo. The doctor is AWESOME!! dr. M. Fajar Ekaputra, SpOG is super friendly and very kind. Immediately familiar with the patient, very clearly explained. Overall for service, please improve and for promos, please add more. Can you work with BPJS too?
