★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf yah kasih bintang 1 soalnya setiap saya mau ke bank itu selalu di nanti2 sama satpam nya, minta no antrian ajah gak boleh, mana ada bank yg kita pengen transaksi di gak bolehin malah suruh datang lagi aneh banget, bank lain juga kalo memang penuh padat pengunjung mereka tetep ngasih no antrian ko selama apapun itu, ini mah di kasih no antrian Enggak, malah suruh nunggu, nunggu juga gak papa kalo dapet no antrian, nah ini dapet no enggak di suruh nunggu iya, kan gak efektif banget waktunya bikin emosi jiwa tuh satpam nya astagfirullah

Katanya suruh ngumpulin persyaratan nya dulu.
Esok hari saya balik lagi. Seperti biasa antri lagi
Dengan CS yang cuman 2. Orang. Dan yang 1 nya istirahat .. dan antian nyampe 100 orang.
Saya coba tanya ke satpam. Kalo ngajuin pinjaman bisa. Katanya suruh tunggu aja.
Dan setelah saya kena panggilan
CS nya. Saya cuman dapet jawaban. Pengajuan sudah pindah dari 5 bulan yang lalu. Ke cigombong.
Saya heran sama cs nya. Kenapa gak nyampein dari awal. Semenjak suruh kumpulin data. Bukan nya suruh antri lagi..
Coba anda nilai sendiri aja.
Beda sama bank BCA.
Satpam nya profesional
Cs nya banyak. Pelayanan cepat.
Dan sangat mudah dalam pelayanan.
