★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service untuk pelayanan keuangan nasabah tidak masalah ramah, tapi untuk kenyamanan yg lain juga tolong diperhatikan. Akses parkir contohnya pengalaman saya tidak memadai saat banyak nasabah. Kecewa nya ketika kendaraan mau keluar sulit, pihak keamanan yg berada disana(berdua) hanya melihat tidak menunjukkan kepedulian untuk membantu nasabah. Saya tau itu bukan tugas keamanan, tapi setidaknya ada kepedulian bukan acuh, kalo pun ada tukang parkir mungkin saya akan ke tukang parkir tapi disana tidak ada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pami saur abdi mah SAE ieu mah, Bade ti CS na, pa satpam sareung teller na ge sadayana ramah, parkir luas, internet banking na SAE stabil.
In my opinion my SAE was me, Going from CS and, pa security guard and teller and ge all friendly, ample parking, internet banking and stable SAE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat lambaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat, baik itu saat pelayanan ke customer service, ataupun pelayanan ke teller utk melakukan setoran tunai ke tabungan. Walaupun ada dua loket teller namun yang buka hanya satu loket teller, jadi mubazir tempat saja, belum lagi pelayanan satu orang nasabah bisa memakan waktu 10-20menit, kebayang kalo kita harus nunggu 10 nomor antrian, berarti harus nunggu 100-200menit.
Kesan Kecewa...
The service is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Even though there are two teller counters, only one teller counter is open, so it is redundant, not to mention that the service of one customer can take 10-20 minutes, you can imagine if we have to wait 10 queue numbers, it means we have to wait 100-200 minutes.

Hanya saja proses nya membutuhkan waktu yg lumaya lama.. Membuat nasabah lama menunggu..
