Pelayanan pilih² (BLT) diutaman.
Kebetulan saya ke KCP Sawangan bersamaan dg bantuan dari pemerintah untuk UMKM.
Tidak recommended untuk kalian yg gak sabaran, (lemot) pelayanan.
Less professional ... those who come to customer service are not called 2.
Select services (BLT) are preferred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ untuk standar bang negara ini jauh dari harapan saya, pertama kali mau buka rekening bank bri via online ga ada email masuk padahal sudah bayar setoran awal utntuk buka rekening, di telepon call center tidak bisa membantu dan pelayanan nya buruk, terpaksa harus ke cabang antrian berantakan, cs nya cuma satu, antrian sangan lama....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heh udah gila kali ya ini bank. Bilang karcis habis lah masih jam setengah 11. Trus suruh nunggu jam 2. Kemarin gua Dateng setengah dua di hari Selasa aja dibilang udah tutup. Lo semua kerjanya apasih!!!!!! Gua cuman mau ambil kartu ATM Britama!!!!!!!!!!! Yang gua buat di online dan gua juga udh bayar !!!!! Jangan pernah mau dibank sinih!!! Gua aja nyesel kalo tau akhirnya bgini!!!!!!!

Masa harus antri tiket sebelum jam 6, dan standby sampe nomornya dipanggil? Sangat buruk, sangat tidak ramah kepada orang yang harus bekerja. Apakah harus ambil cuti buat print buku tabungan doang???
