★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller yang namanya lidya jelek sekali pelayanannya sama sekali tidak ramah, layanin aja kaya males gitu ditambah mukanya asem ketus, seperti itukah cara dia melayani customer? Pegawai macam begitu ko di pertahanin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya ga ramah bahkan sama sekali ga ngebantu.. udh jelas² ngeliat saya ribet bawa bayi dan bawa stroller bayi ga ada gitu bantuin bawa naik tangga sedangkan posisi depan bank juga penuh sama motor².
The security guard was not friendly even didn't help at all ... it was clear seeing that I was complicated carrying a baby and carrying a baby stroller was nothing to help bring up the stairs while the front position of the bank was also full of motorbikes.
