β β β β β Bank bri cabang ini sangat bagus, dari segi pelayanan sangat ramah securitynya. Nasabah yang datang di tanya dan di arahkan. Juga untuk pencairan bpum di sediakan kertas untuk mengisi anyrian sehingga tedak terjadi anttian panjang dan terjadi penumpukan orang. Sangat bagus rocomended banget ke bri cabang ini.
 This branch of BRI bank is very good, in terms of service, it is very security friendly. Customers who come are asked and directed. Also for the disbursement of bpum, paper was provided to fill in anyrian so that there was a long queue and there was a buildup of people. Very good, really recommended to this branch of BRI.

β β β β β bisa ganti kartu dari luar kota, meskipun harus berulangkali kesana krna kendala batas nmr antrian, tapi kalau nurut arahan pasti dapat. pelayanan cepet custemer service ramah cekatan, satpamnya murah senyum .terima kasih
you can change cards from out of town, even though you have to go there repeatedly because of the queue number limit, but if you follow the directions, you can definitely get it. fast service, friendly customer service, agile, the security guard is smiling. thank you

β β β β β Pelayanan bri tertinggal jauh dengan bank yang lain,, padahal ktp ada,,hanya buku tabungan dan atm tertinggal di kampung ,, padahal di potoin smnorang kampung buku dan atm harus fisik ada ,,tidak bisa di proses ,,harus balik ke kampung dulu ambil buku sm atm..untuk bisa di proses ,,ktp aja gk bisa ,,, pelayanan bri kecewa banget.
BRI services are far behind other banks, even though ID cards are there, only savings books and ATMs are left in the village, even though everyone in the village is photographed, books and ATMs must be physically present, cannot be processed, must go back to the village first to take it sm atm book.. to be able to process it,, ktp just can't,,, bri service is really disappointed.

β β β β β Karyawannya kerjanya cepet mantep deh di cabang sini ganti kartu cuma 10menit,satpamnya suka bergurau murah senyum. Cuma banyakin tempat duduk supaya nasabah tidak berdiri ??????
Semoga makin lebih baik lagi pelayananya?

β β β β β if you looking for the nearest bank BRI from Bekasi Goverment Complex this is the answer, strategic location, and easy access. less queue but sometimes its too crowded. nice and helpful staffs, the security helps me a lot.
