★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubungi via telpon gak aktif. Pelayanannya buruk, tidak ramah seperti tidak makan bangku sekolah. mengenai kartu saja sampai habis. kan cape orang jauh2 ke kantor tapi kartunya kosong... mending kantornya dimana2.. ini cuma 1.
Contact via telephone is not active. The service is bad, not friendly like not eating school. about the card until it runs out. people are tired of going all the way to the office but the card is empty... it's better if the office is everywhere... this is only 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak ada gunanya buka rekening secara online. Saya sudah buka rekening secara online,dan giliran minta ATM ke BRI cabang Cisoka masa cuma dikasih buku rekening. ATM nya gak dikasih, dan disuruh kembali kesana ?.kita kan mau buat mobile banking harus ada ATM.Kita disuruh nunggu di luar lagi padahal saya bawa baby dan hanya disuruh menunggu di luar jam 1 siang.KECEWAAAA dengan pelayanan BRI Cisoka.Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya
There is no point in opening an account online. I've opened an account online, and it's my turn to ask for an ATM at the BRI Cisoka branch, but I'm only given an account book. The ATM was not given, and was told to go back there . We want to make mobile banking there must be an ATM. We were told to wait outside again even though I brought the baby and was only told to wait outside at 1 pm. DISAPPOINTED with BRI Cisoka services. Please improve again service
