★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama dari sisi parkiran, parkir nya lumayan luas dan tertata rapih walaupun tidak ada petugas parkir dikarenakan parkir gratis. Kedua dari sisi security/keamanan yang sangat informatif, jadi tidak hanya menjaga keamanan, security disini juga sangat komunikatif kepada nasabah sehingga sangat membantu nasabah yang ingin melakukan transaksi. Ketiga dari dalam ruangan AC nya dingin, antrian teller dan bangku tersusun rapih sesuai prosedur kesehatan. Keempat Teller nya ramah. Baru itu aja yang saya rasakan, yang lainnya belum. Hehe. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk parkir mobil tidak banyak dibanding tempat parkir untuk sepeda motor. Jika tidak dapet parkir mobil bisa parkir di jalan kramat 5, walau tidak bisa banyak juga. Paling 3 sampai 5 mobil saja. Untuk atm ada di luar gedung, beda bangunan tapi masih di dalam pagar BRI.
Penlayanannya sudah lumayan teratur, para satpam sudah dapat mengarahkan para nasabah untuk antri. Untuk masyarakat yang akan menerima dana bantuan sosial pada amasa pandemi corona harus ambil nomor mualai pagi pagi sekali. Jika sudah dapat nomor diarahkan satpam ke ruangan di belakang untuk di sesuaikan data kependudukannya sebelum diarahkan masuk ke dalam bank agar bisa ke loket teller bank BRInya.
Katena pada masa pandemi corona ini harus patuhi protokol kesehatan dengan jaga jarak jadi pihak BRI menyediakan kursi untuk menunggu lebih banyak dari biasanya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah security nya yang di dalam.. saya mau tukar uang tapi tidak bisa dikarenakan saya hanya membawa resi ktp tidak membawa ktp asli. Hellooo pak ini jaman udah modern saya juga gak mau ktp saya gajadi jadi ya karena blangko nya di kelurahan masih kosong. Dan sudah jelas resi itu pengganti ktp sementara dari kelurahan untuk pengurusan apapun. Tolong dong diperbaiki citra Bank BUMN dimulai dari security yang menyambut nasabahnya. Males kesitu lagi bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could give stars for the friendly and helpful securities as well as the cleanliness of the place and the toilets.
However, their service (especially the Customer Service) is super slow that it could take an hour for just 10 queues number. They don’t serve their customers efficiently and effectively, I could see them chatting around with the other teller staffs while waiting for the prints or stuff.
Unlike any other bank that could serve any of us quickly but could still keep their friendliness.
I hope this could change any time later
