β β β β β Pelayanan SANGAT buruk mau complain transferan yang pending dan hilang .datang pagi pagi di uruh siang pas dateng siang ga bisa ikut antrian /penuh . . . .
Kalo ga mau dapet tuntutan perbaiki pelayanan .
Ga langsung ke bank. ga lewat call center ga ada perbaikan
VERY bad service, want to complain about pending and lost transfers. Come in the morning at noon, when you arrive at noon, you can't join the queue / full. . . .
If you don't want to get a claim, improve the service.
Don't go directly to the bank. didn't go through the call center, there was no repair

β β β β β Buruk sekali saya jauh dari rumah datang jam 6 mau ngambil no anterian sudah abis sedangkan belum buka, bank bank di lebak melayani sampai jam 15.00. ini bank bri perhari cuman 30 orang, baru kali ini saya kecewa dengan bank padahal cabang pusat bukan bank kecil sungguh buruk.
It's too bad that I'm far from home, I come at 6 to take the number, the queue is over while it's not open yet, the banks in Lebak serve until 15.00. this bank bri only 30 people per day, this is the first time I'm disappointed with the bank even though the central branch is not a small bank is really bad.

β β β β β Pelayanan yang buruk, saya menyimpan uang 1jtan buat bayar kredit motor, saat saya mau ambil uang ATM saya gak ada sedangkan saya harus membayar hari ini, saya mengisi formulir slip penarikan dan ikut antri di teller, saya melihat security mengambil uang ke dalam teller mungkin itu penarikan tunai, terus saya melihat orang terburu2 langsung menyerobot antrian dan langsung di layani, hal itu hal biasa tejadi bank bri Rangkasbitung saya cuek aja, pas giliran saya teller menolak pengambilan uang yg saya lakukan "katanya minimal pengambilan uang 10jt di teller" uang sebesar itu mana saya punya, saya ambil uang aja itu 1jt simpenan saya buat bayar cicilan, kenapa saya simpan di bank supaya tidak terpakai dan bisa di ambil jika saya perlu. Percuma ada formulir slip penarikan, katanya 1jt mah harus pake ATM aja, sedangkan ATM saya hilang, dan pelayanan cs pun terbatas. Saya kecewa aja ini kan uang saya, dan sebernya kita bisa menarik uang dengan jumlah berapa aja di teller kenapa mereka tidak mau melayani, kata ya BRI melayani dengan sepenuh hati tapi kenyataannya tidak, soalnya saya pernah juga menarik uang di teller 150 ribu, padahal minimal 5jt. Waktu itu saya jelasin saya lagi gak punya uang buat makan sedangkan ATM saya juga gak ada saya lagi butuh uang dan uang yg saya punya hanya di rekening ini, dan teller ya melayani, kenapa kcp BRI Rangkasbitung yg arogan kepada customer ya, mereka jolim

It's useless to have a withdrawal slip form, it says 1 million I have to use an ATM, while my ATM is gone, and cs services are limited. I'm just disappointed, this is my money, and actually we can withdraw any amount of money at the teller why don't they want to serve, yes BRI serves wholeheartedly but in reality no, because I've also withdrawn money at the teller 150 thousand, even though at least 5 million. At that time I explained that I no longer have money to eat while my ATM is also not available. I need money and the money I have is only in this account, and the teller is serving, why is the BRI Rangkasbitung kcp arrogant to the customer, they are rude
