CS is not clear, asked to make BRI mobile instead SMS banking was made. He said mobile is sms if internet is called internet banking. Please teach the cs for IT

Why is the cs always 1 person while there are a lot of people queuing from the elderly to children here, during the pandemic, the queue is like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ambil nomer antrian CS. Ternyata saya kelewat ketika dipanggil. Sama CS- nya disuruh ambil antrian baru. Nggak lama ternyata ada customer dari TNI yang kelewat juga bilang ke CS-nya. Sama CS-nya malah disuruh nunggu sebentar. Nggak adil sekali. Nggak profesional banget. Padahal CS-nya bilang aturannya yang kelewat ambil antrian baru lagi ???
I took the CS queue number. Turns out I was too late when called. The same CS was told to take a new queue. It didn't take long for a customer from the TNI to be too late to tell their CS. The same CS was even told to wait a while. It's so unfair. Not very professional. Even though the CS said the rules were too late to take a new queue again
