Sekedar share pengalaman pribadi ada ya, saya udah 2x transaksi tunai di sini dan 2x itu juga transakdinya gagal (per tanggal 25 Februari 2018 dan 11 April 2018). Uang tidak keluar, tapi saldo BERKURANG. Jika Anda mengalami hal yang sama, silahkan cek mutasi rekening Anda saat itu juga ya!! Jika memang berkurang, segera lapor ke CS Bank masing-masing. Terima kasih..
P.S: sampai saat ini, belum ada penanganan lebih lanjut untuk ATM ini

Just to share personal experience, yes, I have 2x cash transactions here and 2x that transaction also failed (as of February 25, 2018 and April 11, 2018).
