Pelayanan kurang lelet,Utuk keamanannya jauh lebih baik yg di pusat ramah dan jga sopan terhadap nasabah,,ciampea waduhhhh bikin gk enak jawaban nya bikin emosi pengen nabokkk,Naya org baik baik jawabnya ,ibu sok sibukkkk itu jawaban yg bikin jengelll kecewaaaaa terhadap pelayanan

Mau ngambil dana PIP tapi sama SATPAM nya bilang ga bisa, harus guru nya yg ngurus. Di suruh pulang dengan nada tinggi yg sangat tidak pantas yg di lakukan oleh seorang SATPAM sebagai petugas keamanan sekaligus pelayanan. Satpam bank itu melayani bukan memaki. Tapi teman saya anak nya dapat PIP ngambil sendiri ko bisa di hari yg sama dan di bank ini pula. Ko aneh ya. Ada apa ini. Satpam tidak menjelaskan secara detail mekanisme cara pengambilan dana PIP. Walaupun anda seorang satpam Jadi lah satpam yg pintar.

Pelayanan disini sudah meningkat dari sebelumnya. Baguss pertahankan terutama bagian customer service.

Teller nya lemot. Ngelayanin 1orang aja 50menit. Udah gitu ngasih penjelasan tidak langsung lagi. Ngerjain orang! Payah sekali. Kalo yg membantu mah. Yaa ada kesalahan itu di benerin sekalian ga satu2, yaa pake materai lah. Ya TTD nya di benerin lah yaa surat nya salah lah. Padahal surat kuasa pun sebelumnya sudah di cek si teller berkali kali. Yaa Dibaca ga sih.?Pas udah ,3balik baru bilang salah. ?gimanasih! Dipikir digituin ga capek? Seharian bolak balik dapet duitnya kagaa akhirnya. Mbaa ini ambil uang bisa di cabang mana aja. Padahal gabisa. Mbaa ini TTD nya harus pake pulpen. Balik aja pake pulpen. Mba ini harus pake materai udah pake materai mba ini format nya salah. Hadehh. Bolak balik bisa begitu yaa. Gajelas. Bikin capek iya. Dapet uangnya kagaa toh Yo mba. Kalo misalkan gabisa diambil Diman MN uangnya ngomong jam langsung gabisa diambil dimanapun kecuali di ciampea gitu. Lalu formatnya salah. Saya kasih yaa sekali doang gitu gabisa yaa susah? Ahh lemott lemott payah

Parkiran tidak begitu luas. Kalo bawa mobil ngeri pas lagi penuh ga bisa masuk parkiran. Antrian terlalu lama, ideal nya tambah lagi sumber daya manusianya, agar pelayanan lebih terhandle..

Meskipun ngantri lama, dari jam 5.30, baru dapet nomor antrian jam 7.45 pagi, dengan antrian yang cukup membuat khawatir terpapar Covid19 karena mau gak mau harus antri berdempet-dempetan, kalau gak gitu bakalan disalip yg lain. Harapannya sistem pengambilan antriannya diperbaiki. Selain itu, security nya ramah-ramah dan staffnya juga ramah. Yok perbaiki sistem biar nasabah gak yg datang subuh gak ngantri sampai jam 7an dengan antrian yg bejubel. Yuk berbuah yuk menjadi lebih baik.
