Kedua , saya balik lg sekitar jam 13.00 setelah itu saya di suruh masuk dan dapat nomor antrian , stlh nunggu selama ±20 mnt d dlm tiba² , Customer Servicenya menolak untuk melayani saya yang mau buka rekening baru , pdhl baru jam 14.00 dan seharusnya tutup jam 15.00 , saya malah disuruh balik lagi Senin ..
TOLONG DIPERBAIKI KINERJA NYA !!!
kalo emang ga bisa di layani kenapa saya di kasih nomor antrian dan disuruh masuk kedalam ..

PLEASE IMPROVE HIS PERFORMANCE !!!
