Udah ngantri 3 jam lebih eh disuruh ke KCP lain dngan alasan mati lampu,, dmna mati lampunya udah sejam lalu,, harusnya ada pemberitahuan kalo lagi GK bisa buka rekening baru,,, kecewa dengan pelayanan nya,, saran lain jngan ke KCP sini,, pelayanannya sangat tidak memuaskan..
Already queued for 3 hours or more, I was told to go to another KCP with the reason that the lights went out, where the lights went off an hour ago ,, there should be a notification that GK can open a new account again ... disappointed with the service ,, other suggestions don't go to the KCP here, , the service is very unsatisfactory ..

Karyawan gak ada yang bermutu.. saya minta aktivasi internet banking malah di arahin mobile banking antri 2 jam cuma dibegoin doang..kalo mobile banking sih sendiri juga bisa.. payah.. punya BUMN malah bgni.. gak mutu

CS ceweknya kaga ada sopan santun, ganti aja itu si Andini. Kaga ada sopan santun sama nasabah. Gak seperti di BANK bri LAIN.
CS girl has no manners, Just replace it with Andini. There is no manners with customers. Not like in OTHER BRI BANK.

Baru kali ini pelayanan bank lebih menjengkelkan dr tukang parkir. Suaranya CS keras. Bentak2 nasabah. Pantesan bintangnya 1. Kok pimpinannya ggak memperhatikan. Sama2 BRI kalo di Mal lebih sopan. Jaga nada suara. Keliatan cerdas. Kalo ini nasabah seperti peminta2. Kita liat kalo dalam sebulan kedepan ggak ada perubahan dr pimpinan maka yg berarti pimpinan ggak ngerti cara kerja.
