BUKANNYA SEHARUSNYA BANK BUMN ITU MELAYANI DENGAN SETULUS HATI , MESKIPUN NASABAH MENYEBALKAN SAMA SEKALI , TAPI MALAHAN INI SECURITY DAN KARYAWANNYA YANG MEMYEBALKAN DAN BENAR-BENAR MEMYEBALKAN.

 BANK BNI SERVICE IN JATIWARINGIN BRANCH IS BAD ONCE, STARTING FROM HIS SECURITY AND HIS EMPLOYEES THERE ARE NO FRIENDLY AT ALL.
DIFFERENCE WITH BANK BNI IN THE MALL PONDOK GEDE, SECURITY AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY, SERVING ANYONE.
NOT THAT SOE BANKS SHOULD SERVE WITH A HEART, EVEN THE CUSTOMER SUSTS AT ALL, BUT THIS MALAHAN IS SECURITY AND ITS EMPLOYEES WHICH IS OVERSUING AND REALLY OVERCOME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat bank belum buka, antrian sudah cukup panjang dan yang amat disayangkan, cs nya hanya satu orang padahal antrian banyak. Semoga kedepannya dapat ditingkatkan layanannya agar tidak ada antrian panjang lagi

Datang pukul 13:53 dapat antrian 63 di situ tertulis sedang antrian no 60. dan di teller sampai dengan 14:53 Antrian tidak di panggil. even antrian no 61 tidak di panggil.
keadaan sedang sepi. yang dari CSO langsung disuruh ke Teller Dan langsung di layani tanpa antri.
Service buruk sekali. maaf saya harus jujur . agar ada perbaikan.
