Bank services are like this, it's better to just close it. No need to pretend to open a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah bertahun - tahun ga berubah. Pelayanan masih buruk aja!!! Mendingan tutup aja lah, apalagi security nya ga punya SOP yg jelas dlm pelayanan
It hasn't changed in years. Service is still bad! It's better to just close it, especially since the security doesn't have a clear SOP for service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank BJB disini terdapat outlet Samsat dan juga terdapat atm BJB yang buka 24 Jam dan terdapat parkiran yang luas.
Bank BJB here has a Samsat outlet and there is also a BJB atm that is open 24 hours and there is ample parking.

Saya cuma minta tolong print out buku rekening dilayani, tapi cuma dicek aktif apa tidak nya hasil print out ga ada...
Padahal baru transaksi 2 Minggu pasti aktif..
Coba minta tolong lagi sama security buat diprint out di CS dilayani memang, tapi pas selesai ga ada hasil print out nya...
Kalo memang lagi tidak bisa bilang saja jangan nasabah nunggu lama kan waktu jadi kebuang percuma

Try asking security for help again for printing out at CS, indeed, it's served, but when it's finished, there's no print out...
If you can't just say it, don't wait a long time, it's a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak ramah bintang 1 pelayanan ga jelas satpam nya judes kurang melayani. Kurang update karena buat rekening baru masih harus datang ke bank ga bisa lewat online
Not friendly, 1-star service, it's not clear that the security guard is bitchy, not serving. Lack of updates because creating a new account you still have to come to the bank, you can't go online

Pengen berkata kasar
Soal nya sudah ngabisin waktu buat nunggu, di belain g masuk kerja, ternyata pelayanan seperti itu.
Kalo g terpaksa mungkin g akan buat rekening di situ juga sih
Masukan nya
Seharusnya buka lebih pagi, dan sistem nya di maintenace pas hari libur atau malam hari
Jadi waktu pagi hari semua sistem tidak ada trouble.
