★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ditolak untuk setoran disini pada tgl 13/01/2022, dengan alasan offline, yang jelas2 jaringan sedang tidak bermasalah. Dan cara penyampaian nya pun, saya seperti diusir. Sangat tidak sopan. Mohon diperbaiki ya, karna untuk ke cabang lain nya lumayan jauh.
I was refused a deposit here on 13/01/2022, with the excuse of being offline, which is clearly not having a problem with the network. And the way it was delivered, I was like being expelled. Very disrespectful. Please fix it, because it's quite far to go to another branch.
