★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller ya ada 2 customer servicenya ada 1.. untuk hari2 biasa t4 ini tergolong sepi dibandingkan cabang BCA yang lain.. so saya rekomendasikan untuk daerah Jatiuwung sekitar bisa ke tempat ini karena dari security nya ramah.. pelayanannya cepat
Teller, yes, there are 2 customer services, there are 1 ... for normal days, T4 is relatively quiet compared to other BCA branches ... so I recommend that for the Jatiuwung area around, you can go to this place because the security is friendly ... the service is fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak baik , satpam kurang sopan menyuruh menunggu di luar padahal didalam sedang sepi , pelayanan sangat lama dan tidak ramah pada customer.
The service is not very good, the security guard is not polite to ask to wait outside even though it is quiet inside, the service is very long and not friendly to customers.

Tidak ada solusi dan effort utk membantu penyelesaian masalah nasabah, giliran pindah ke cabang lain dg masalah yang sama, masalah bisa selesai.
Cs nya ramah diawal aja, ketika trouble sudah dijelaskan ekspresi berubah. Cs tdk lebih baik pelayanannya dibanding security

There is no solution and effort to help solve customer problems, it's turn to move to another branch with the same problem, the problem can be solved.
The cs are friendly at first, when the trouble has been explained the expression changes. Cs has no better service than security
