waktu saya banyak terbuang percuma menunggu proses tanda tangan di e-sign.
bayangkan bisa makan waktu 10 menit hanya untuk proses 1 dokumen saja, mulai dari upload sampai selesai.
di ambang era 4.0 kok rasanya kebangetan sekali.
Please improve the e-sign service.
I wasted a lot of time waiting for the e-sign signature process.
Imagine it could take 10 minutes just to process 1 document, from upload to completion.
on the threshold of the 4.0 era, how come it feels so overwhelmed.
