★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak baik tidak kearah melayani sdh kayak bos gayanya! tidak ada kejelasan waktu untuk setiap proses per-izinan. Situ enak PNS, swasta klo gak jualan, karyawan gk makan. Gak jualan jadi pengangguran. Perlu disidak nih direktorat: lambat dan tidak ada mekanisme komunikasi yg resmi untuk diskusi..capeee dehhh....Heii skrg lagi susahh...tolong kami dilayani dgn baik..
Service is not good, not towards serving already like the boss of his style! there is no clear timeline for each permit process. It's good for civil servants, the private sector doesn't sell, employees don't eat. Don't sell being unemployed. This directorate needs to be investigated: it's slow and there is no official communication mechanism for discussion.
