★ ★ ★ ★ ★ daftar dari jam 10 sampe jam set12 dipanggil juga,pelayanan kurang baik terlalu nyepelehin.padahal yang antri tidak terlalu rame
tidak baik lah pokonya ini menurut saya
the list from 10 to 12 hours is also called, the service is not good, it's too annoying, even though the queue is not too crowded
this is not good in my opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dateng kesana pas jam istirahat, dtg ke pelayanan blg mau berobat. Mbaknya malah nengok temen yg satunya terus si temennya ngomong pelan pelan tp ketus bgt "tulisan udh segede gitu msh aja ga keliatan" mana mbak yg pertama diem aja. Baru lah si temennya ngmong "tp nanti jam 4". Mbak mbak yg stay di pelayanan ini diajarin customer service ga sih? Apa susahnya tinggal ngmong "maaf ya kak lg istirahat, paling jam 4".
Hati hati noh sm mbak mbak yg stay di pelayanan yg badannya gemuk. Saya dan suami sampe ga pernah mau lg dtg kesitu

The friend just said "but later at 4". Ma'am, Ms. who stays at this service, have you been taught customer service or not? What's so hard about just saying "I'm sorry, Sis, I'm taking a break, at least 4 o'clock".
Be careful, ladies and gentlemen, who stay in the service who are fat. My husband and I never want to go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak udah nangis kejer krn demam tinggi, minta rujukan ke RS masa harus ke POLI umum dlu ngantri seperti pasien lainnya, harusnya ada kebijakan mendahulukan yg darurat, akhirnya langsung ke RS tanpa minta rujukan dan ternyata anak campak, nyawa orang jangan disepelekan .. smoga ada pembenahan kedepannya ..
The child has been crying because he has a high fever, asked for a referral to the hospital when he had to go to the general police first, like other patients, there should be a policy of prioritizing the emergency, finally went straight to the hospital without asking for a referral and it turned out that the child had measles, people's lives should not be underestimated... hopefully there are future improvements..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali ke klinik ini krn dekat rumah, dgn keluhan ISK yg memang sakitnya luar biasa ngga bs nahan. Singkatnya ketemu dokter umum berambut hitam lurus sebahu dan memakai kacamata bingkai kotak berwarna hitam inisial FS(?) Awalnya baik aja, diminta tes urin berdasarkan keluhan yg sy ceritakan stelah itu dipanggil lg untuk review hasil tes, lalu sy minta surat dokter 1 hari krn mau istirahat dirumah besoknya tp ditolak alsannya saya dtg hari ini kalo minta surat dokter untuk besok saya hars dtg besok saya cukup kaget krna ya kenapa sy hrs dtg besok dgn berat hati sy bilang "saya sakit dok, hari ini masuk kerja tp sy jd ngga bs kerja apa karna sy pake BPJS jd bgni?" Si dokter sempet ngangguk sambil senyum, tp tb2 sustr masuk trs dy tanya ulang ke suster itu kira2 seperti ini "bu, minta surat dokter skrg bisa ngga?" Si suster jawab "ngga lah kalo buat besok ya besok ksninya" sambil ngeloyor pergi trus si dokter blg lg "tuh ya mba denger sndiri apa" lalu sy blg "oh kalo saya ngga pake BPJS , bayar sndiri bs dapet surat dokter? Si dokter lsg naikkan nada suaranya tanpa natap saya sambil blg"Mba surat dokter ngga bisa dibeli yah inget itu" wkwk si dokter yg emosian lsg nangkep kata2 saya dikira sy mau bayar surat dokternya pdhl mksd sy biaya berobatnya...anyway si dokter blg lagi "kamu mau surat sakitnya apa obatnya?" Hahaha sangat2 kaget, jelas org sakit mau ke2nya toh surat sakit krn memang sy mau istirahat masuk kerjapun sy ngga bs kerja, dan obat! ya obat, bukankah itu tujuan saya dtg kedokter mau berobat lalu dy blg lagi "trus kamu maunya apa nih?besok lagi datang ya buat ambil surat sakit kamu" sambil senyum ngeledek dilanjut dy "kalo kamu maunya opname jangankan 1 hari 2hari seminggu pun saya kasih ijin kamu" saya jawab "sdh dok saya ambil obatnya aja, biar besok sy masuk ".Hi dok mkg kamu bs jadi dokter, tp belum tentu hatimu dipake. Oia untuk pemilik klinik ini mkg bs pertimbangkan dokter dan nakes yg kerja disini paling tdk yg melayani dgn hati dan memberi kenyamanan bukan seperti ini yg didapat dan bs bedain kan mana org sakit beneran atau hanya pura2, ngga terlihat kah dr hasil lab?? 1 hal lg kenapa harus tanya suster yg sama sekali ngga periksa saya yg ditany boleh keluarin surat dokter atau ngga, kan si dokter yg terhormat yg tau kondisi dan periksa saya.
This is the first time I've been to this clinic because it's close to home, with complaints of UTI which really hurts, I can't stand it. In short, I met a general practitioner with shoulder-length straight black hair and wearing black square frame glasses with the initials FS(?) At first, it was fine, I was asked to do a urine test based on the complaint I told about, after that I was called again to review the test results, then I asked for a doctor's letter 1 day because I wanted to rested at home the next day but was refused because I came today if I asked for a doctor's letter for tomorrow I had to come tomorrow I was quite surprised because yes why should I come tomorrow with a heavy heart I said "I'm sick doc, today I go to work but I can't work Is it because I use BPJS so it's like this?" The doctor nodded and smiled, but suddenly the nurse came in and then she asked the nurse again something like this, "Mom, can I ask for a doctor's letter now?" The nurse replied "no if it's for tomorrow, tomorrow it will be" while walking away then the doctor said again "what are you listening to yourself" then I said "oh if I don't use BPJS, can I pay myself and get a doctor's letter? The doctor immediately raise the tone of his voice without looking at me while saying "Ma'am, you can't buy a doctor's letter, remember that" wkwkwk the doctor who was emotional immediately caught my words, he thought I wanted to pay for the doctor's letter, although he wanted me to pay for the treatment... anyway the doctor said again "you want What's the medicine for the sick letter?" Hahaha I was really surprised, obviously sick people want to have both. After all, a sick letter because I really want to take a break and go to work, I can't work, and medicine! Yes, medicine, isn't that my goal when I went to the doctor for treatment and then he said it again "then What do you want? Tomorrow will come again to get your sick letter" while smiling, he continued "if you want hospitalization, let alone 1 day 2 days a week I will give you permission" I replied "Doc, I'll just take the medicine, I'll come tomorrow ". Hi doc, can you do it? be a doctor, but not necessarily your heart is used. Oh, for the owner of this clinic, maybe you can consider the doctors and health workers who work here at least who serve with heart and provide comfort, not like this is what you get and you can tell which people are really sick or just pretending, can't you see it from the lab results?? One more thing, why do I have to ask the nurse who didn't examine me at all. The one who was asked could issue a doctor's letter or not, it was the honorable doctor who knew my condition and examined me.
