★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salah satu bakso urat yang lumayan enak rasanya, namun tidak begitu ramai, terletak dipinggir jalan magelang sebelah polsek, recomendded disini mie ayam ditambah bakso uratnya... jangan lupa minta bakso gorengnya ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penasaran dengan bakso ini. Padahal dulu saya sekolah di SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. Bakso ini terletak di samping Polsek Tegalrejo. Terletak di bagian dalam trotoar yang di sebelah utaranya terdapat beberapa warung makan.
Saat melihat di gerobaknya ada dua yaitu untuk gerobak bakso dan gerobak mie ayam. Gerobak bakso di sebelah utara dan gerobak mie ayam di sebelah Selatan. Jika kita melihat dalam gerobak tersebut menu menu yang disuguhkan yaitu ada bakso halus, bakso urat, bakwan goreng atau bakso goreng, tahu, mie bihun putih atau mie kuning, beberapa sayuran seperti seledri tidak lupa ada juga bawang goreng dan yang paling penting yaitu ada lemak sapi dan tetelan.
Kami saat membeli hanya memesan bakso Komplit. Satu porsi bakso komplit berisi 1 bakso halus, 3 bakso urat, irisan tahu, mie kuning atau bihun, 1 bakso goreng, lemak yang banyak??? dan bumbu penyedap lainnya.
Untuk rasah kuah tadi segar namun agak asin, mungkin kebanyakan garam, sedangkan tekstur bakso yang halus lebih terasa kenyal dan itu juga saya rasakan di bakso uratnya. Untuk bakso uratnya juga masih ada rasa asin, kemungkinan karena kurang lama di dalam rebusan kuah. Untuk kuah sangat panas dan saya suka ?.
Sedangkan ada juga tambahan bumbu sesuai selera pelanggan, seperti sambal, saos, kecap, cuka dan garam. Untuk sambalnya segar dan pedas ?. Minuman yang disediakan ada jeruk/teh bisa dingin maupun hangat.
Sedangkan untuk kebersihan warung standar pedagang pinggir jalan raya, termasuk bersih menurut saya. Intinya tidak berharap muluk-muluk seperti hotel bintang lima ?. Kapasitas bangku dan tempat kursi jika penuh sekitar 12 orang. Untuk parkir sepeda motor masih bisa diakali alias mepet pinggir jalan raya, namun jika menggunakan mobil tentunya akan membuat kemacetan ???.
Untuk rincian harga tadi saya memesan 2 porsi bakso komplit+1 es jeram+1 es teh tawar dengan harga Rp 29.000.
Jadi bisa disimpulkan rincian harganya sebagai berikut;
1. Bakso Komplit Rp 12.000
2. Es teh Rp 2.000
3. Es jeram Rp 3.000
4. Mie ayam Rp kurang tahu ??.
Kesimpulannya, beli bakso disini worth it, seporsi banyak, lemaknya juga banyak dan enak. Terimakasih ?? ?
