★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langganan banget tiap beli sepeda anak disini. Ownernya ramah, harga bersahabat. Mau tanya ini sepeda katanya bergaransi. Sepedanya baru beli hari minggu. Pas hari seninnya di pake anak belajar sepeda tiba2 ban-nya pecah (mbledos) padahal baru sekali pake baru 1 hari dari dibeli. Bisa diganti dengan garansi ga ya ?

Langsung aku berangkat membawa sepeda anakku yang sudah sangat lama tak dipakai, ban luarnya pecah, ban dalamnya bocor, rantainya karatan.
Sampai di sana, pemiliknya mau melayani ketika aku menanyakan biayanya dulu sebelum menurunkan sepedaku. Dan...wow...harga reparasi sekian banyak hal ternyata sangat bersahabat. Langsung turunkan. Pegawainya bilang kalau hanya bannya ini, ditunggu saja, bisa langsung dikerjakan. Maka aku menunggu. Setelah selesai pun ia memeriksa rem depan dan rem belakang serta bel nya. Aku jadi merasa sangat aman bersepeda lagi.
Enaknya, bayarnya bisa pakai kartu debit, sehingga tak perlu bawa-bawa uang cash. Betullah yang dialami pembeli-pembeli dalam review mereka, bahwa pelayanan di toko ini jelas, cepat dan responnya cepat, bravo!
