★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bustly Bakso restaurant located in the crossroad of Jalan Mahakam - Bulungan which is famous for its street culinary since the 80s. A prime spot for some who wants a savoury and fresh street food especially Bakso (beef meatballs).
It has a variety of meatballs such as: cheese meatball, sinew meatball, or chilly meatball and plenty more variety just for your enjoyment. For those of you who didn't like spice, just lay off the chilly meatball.
The two drawbacks are: no toilet sign, so you need to ask the waiter for a pee pee place. And, the chair located very very close so you will go back to back with the other customer and that is pretty disturbing. But i will spare that because they have good meatballs. But if these two fixed. I'll give 5 stars for this restaurant

They have a great taste of bakso specially for their fried bakso, and fried bakwan? Not sure what it called.. And their soup is good too! More like beef soup. We can ask them to put some beef inside the soup. Also have bakmie, mozarella meatball, nasi goreng, and avocado with milk powder, really nice!
To order: take what we want then pay at the cashier. They have another table to serve the sauce and chili. Price not so cheap actually for bakso but kind of worth it for it taste. Came twice already and will come again next time.
Place was clean, good environment, many people but not too crowded, have a car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm always an old fashioned guy when it comes to bakso. The best bakso for me is always regular bakso with chewy texture and crispy taste. I found these things at bakso pentol boejangan. Well, i tried other varieties such as wagyu, tendon and cheese, yet the pentol was the best.The broth was more on the sweet side for me and the chilli paste still not spacy for noodle dish. Overall, i like the bakso and the way they serve it.

Usually order at table, but this one semi self service where you take what you want at the counter and pay, something like marugame udon/hokben. But the queue is consider slow, not as fast as marugame udon/hokben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meatball madness, good place, good ambience, good taste with affordable price. They have a lot of selection of it. Mozarella filling, wagyu, chilli and many more. Ordered Tendon Meatball(bakso Urat),wagyu meatball, and sweet noodle. The meatball quite big and not to chewy. Located in busy street around blok-m area, can be so busy in lunch time or weekend. Have a plenty car and motorcycle parking.
