★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so bad. Tapi lebih baik lagi kalo pelanggan makan dikasih tissue tanpa harus pelanggan minta dulu.
 Not so bad. But it's even better if the customer eats is given a tissue without the customer having to ask first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi BMK, Sebelumnya sy tdk pernah kecewa dengan sajian makanan disini, baru semalam sy kecewa. Sy makan di BMK Blok M dan pesan menu Bakso goreng, tak begitu lama pesanan datang, dan sy mulai menyantapnya. Sy heran makanan ini disajikan dlm kondisi sdh adem, dan pas sy gigit sangat alot dan keras. Butuh sekali effort untuk menghabiskan nya. Pertanyaan sy, apakah demikian menu tersebut disajikan? Jika tdk, bagaimana bmk menjaga standar kualitas makanan dan penyajian hingga terjadi hal tersebut?
Hi BMK, Before I was never disappointed with the food here, I was disappointed last night. I ate at BMK Blok M and ordered the Fried Meatballs menu, not too long ago the order arrived, and I started to eat it. I'm surprised this food is served in cool conditions, and when I bite it is very tough and hard. It takes so much effort to spend it. My question is, is this the menu presented? If not, how can you maintain food quality standards and serving until this happens?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mie yamin tergaenak yg pernah gua coba. Pesen mie yamin manis tapi pas dateng ga ada manis-manisnya, malah terasa asam. Bener-bener ga fresh banget mie nya. Tekstur mienya juga nempel-nempel dan keras. Aduh mendingan beli di pinggri jalan dah 27rb dapet 2 mangkok
The tastiest yamin noodles I've ever tried. Ordered sweet yamin noodles but when they arrived there was no sweetness, it tasted sour. The noodles are really not really fresh. The texture of the noodles is sticky and hard too. Ouch, it's better to buy on the side of the road, already 27 thousand, get 2 bowls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan bakso kuah pedas + tetelan nunggunya 30 menit baru pesanan diantar ke meja, begitu dimakan kuahnya asin baksonya dingin sedangkan kuahnya anget, dan yang dateng cuma baksonya aja tetelan baru diantar pas baksonya udah habis itupun saya harus konfirmasi ke pramusajinya. Baru kali ini makan di mall tapi kecewa sama pelayanan kedai makannya
Order the spicy meatballs + tetelan wait 30 minutes for the order to be delivered to the table, once the soup is eaten the salty meatballs are cold while the sauce is hot, and the only ones that arrive are just the bacon, just drop off when the meatball is finished and even then I have to confirm to the waiter. This is the first time eating at the mall but disappointed with the restaurant service
