★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ordered "Bakmi Godog Kuning Nyemek" and it's totally my kind of food! bcs it tasted exactly like what i usually cook at home. a little bit over-cooked noodle with boiled egg, green onion, celery and fried garlic as garnish. overall, it's worth to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the most famous bakmi jawa in Jogja city. Their speciality is bakmi jawa nyemeg. But they also have bakmi goreng, nasi goreng, and capcay. For me, the best to taste is bakmi nyemeg/godog. Moreover, they had some traditional drinks on the list. Wedang ronde is one of the most ordered drink here.
The staffs are friendly and the service is quite fast. Clean and neat. You can enjoy the food from 1st floor or 2nd floor. The price is a bit pricey compare to other bakmi jawa seller in Jogja. But it is a worth to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Alun2 branch, more comfortable, big place, big parking lot and clean. I ordered bakmi nyemek, a Javanese traditional noodles with range chicken shredded, cabbage, duck egg and thick chicken broth, cooked by anglo, a traditional charcoal stove, so the flavour is very authentic and the taste is delicious. You can enjoy the noodle with pickles and green chili (cabe rawit) to try hot spicy sensation. Since it was cooked by anglo so I've to waited around 30 minutes so you better be patient and maybe you can enjoy the wedang ronde for the appetizer. I recommend the Bakmi Pak Pele for culinary reference when you visiting Jogja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is average and the price little bit over for jogjanese but it makes sense because of the popularity of the store. I may comeback if any guests coming, but definetly if only myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ InYogyakarta, this culinary is commonly known as Bakmi Jawa. Of the many Javanese noodle traders in Yogyakarta, one of which is quite well known is Pak Pele's Bakwi Jawa.
The location of this Javanese noodle is very easy to find, namely in the south eastern corner of the North Square of Yogyakarta, or to be precise in front of the Keputran Elementary School. This Bakmi Pele stall is open from 17.30 until the evening.
the noodles such as fried noodles, 'godog' (boiled) noodles, nyemek noodles (less broth than boiled noodles), fried rice, and magelangan (fried rice mixed with noodles). Just like most Javanese noodles, there are two types of noodles, namely yellow noodles and vermicelli. For the noodle menu, both godok and fried, the noodles are cooked together with pieces of free-range chicken, eggs, and sliced cabbage. The savory taste of the chicken broth used in the cooking process makes Pak Pele noodles even more delicious. Pele is very delicious. "I define it as delicious. The spices used are simple but the taste is very delicious. Previously, I had tried Javanese noodles in Jakarta, but the taste was very different," The day before, I had also come to the noodle shop, because it tasted delicious the next day he came back. He further said that his son, who had been allergic to MSG, had no problem eating at Pak Pele's noodle stall. The price of all the food in the noodle stall located on JL. The Southeast Corner of the North Square, Panembahan Village, Kraton District, Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region is Rp. 19,000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramai pol. Its good, but honestly i dont understand all the hype about it. Its like indomie versi lokal. Its always crowded. I actually prefer other bakmi in Jogja. Banyak pengamen bertalenta disini by the way. Suara2 emas euyy.
