Comfortable, not crowded every time to the ATM here. And every time I come here the machine has never been a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak puas. Pelayanan kurang ramah pelayanan lama. Custemer service ada 2 lobi yg 1 kosong. Mau ngurus ATM aja nunggu orang pencairan ya lama beut
Not satisfied. Service is not friendly, old service. There are 2 customer service lobbies, 1 empty. Want to take care of an ATM, just wait for someone to disburse it, it's a long time

Di teller juga gak ramah kedengaran dari tempat duduk antrian ibuk² gak bawa KTP bentak² nadanya

The teller is also not friendly, it sounds like you don't have an ID card, it sounds like you're sitting in the queue
