★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tertarik mencoba bakmi yang satu ini karena kebetulan ada di seberang hotel tempat aku staycation. Di dalamnyabcukup bersih dan restorannya ber-AC.
Untuk pilihan mwnunya jugablumayan banyak. Selain menjual bakmi kepiting, mereka juga ada menu share semacam gurame tahu tausi, dsb. Selain itu juga ada memu personal semacam kwetiau goreng, dll.
Aku mencoba :
1. Bakmie Kepiting Special
Bakmie kepitingnya ada 2 pilihan, yang biasa & special. Aku pilih yang special dan ada tambahan 2 pangsit, 2 bakso ikan & 1 cakien.
Bakmienya menggunakan topping daging babi, kepiting, daun bawamg, sayur dan pangsit goreng. Aku suka oangsit gorengnya, renyah dan ga berminyak.
Topping babinya cenderung asin gurih. Tingkat kematangan mienya pas dan rasanya cukup gurih. Namun bakminya agak terlalu kering meski rasanya cukup enak. Seandainya sedikit lebih oily bakal semakin enak.
Untuk kuahnya, rasanya cenderung light. Seandainya lebih gurih akan lebih enak. Bakso ikannya nggak amis dan empuk sekaligus renyah. Aku cukup familiar dengan rasa bakso ikan Bwlitung karena beberapa kali ikut manaku pulkam & rasanya authentic. Ukuran baksonya cukup besar.
Untuk cakien (fish cakenya) juga enak. Namun pangsitnya agak tebal dan isiannya kurang terasa.
 Interested in trying this one noodle because it happened to be across from the hotel where I was stayingcation. Inside is quite clean and the restaurant is air conditioned.
For the menu choices, there are also many. Besides selling crab noodles, they also have a share menu such as carp, tofu tausi, etc. Besides that, there are also personal menus such as fried kwetiau, etc.
I am trying :
1. Special Crab Noodles
There are 2 choices of crab noodles, ordinary & special. I chose the special and there were additional 2 dumplings, 2 fish balls & 1 cakien.
The noodles are topped with pork, crab, onions, vegetables and fried dumplings. I like the fried oangsit, crunchy and not greasy.
The pork topping tends to be salty and savory. The level of maturity of the noodles is just right and the taste is quite tasty. But the noodles are a bit too dry even though the taste is quite good. If it was a little more oily it would be even better.
For the gravy, the taste tends to be light. If it was more savory it would be even better. The fish balls are not fishy and soft and crunchy at the same time. I'm quite familiar with the taste of Bwlitung fish balls because several times I've used manaku pulkam & it's authentic. The size of the meatball is quite large.
The cakien (fish cake) is also delicious. But the dumplings are a bit thick and the filling is lacking in taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakmi belitung tapi bukan full pork. Cobain yg bakmi kepiting spesial (55k). Isiannya daging babi cincang, kwpiting, pangsit 2pc, baso ikan 2pc sama cakien 1pc. Oiya ini sayurannya toge aja. Dikasi juga kuahnya n pangsit goreng.
Porsiannya puas banyak toppingnya juga. Typikal bakminya enteng gitu n lembut. Oke untuk rasanya cuma mienya kurang wangi aja. Pangsit gorengnya ditabur bareng semuanya pas dimakan ga garing rasanya jadi rada melempem gitu. Oiya sambalnya ga pedes juga. Baso ikannya garing enk rasa ikanny berasa n ga amis. Cuma cakiennya malah kebalikannya. Pas dimakan berasa amis gitu. Bagian depannya garing tp dalamnya masi lembek gitu.
Bakmi belitung but not full pork. Try the special crab noodle (55k). The stuffing is minced pork, kwpiting, 2pc dumplings, 2pc fish balls and 1pc cakien. Oh yes, this is just sprouted vegetables. Also given the gravy and fried dumplings.
The portion is satisfied with lots of toppings too. Typical noodles are light and soft. Okay, for the taste, the noodles just don't smell good. The fried dumplings are sprinkled with everything, when eaten, it's not crunchy, so it's a bit sluggish. Oh yes, the sambal is not spicy either. The fish balls are crispy and the taste of the fish is not fishy. Only cakiennya even the opposite. When you eat it, it tastes fishy. The front is crispy but the inside is still soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the taste and texture of the noodles here. We enjoyed 2 bowls of the special crab noodles, it came with a bowl of fish meatballs, wontons, and fish tofu. Simply delicious. Fast service and fairly priced too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Mangga Besar near the famous "Henis bakery shop". Initially I only intended to try their Belitung style crab noodle bit they also have belitung style chinese food so I ended ordering their belitung style song sui (chinese pork meat soup with chinese pickled vegetables or "sun cai). Aside from the high price tag (around IDR 55k to 70k per menu) it is worth a try because the portion is big and taste delicious
