★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebetulnya rasanya lumayan enak. Tp kalau mau perfect, masukan dari saya sebagai penikmat sei sapi (udah coba 5 brand resto seisapi).
1. Sambel kurang pedes
2. Kuahnya kurang berasa kaldunya. Rasanya agak aneh.
3. Sapinya kurang smooky (tapi udah enak n banyak kok)
4. Sayurnya kurang cocok kalo kangkung
5. Tempat bungkusnya ganti pake ricebowl aja biar ringkes
Actually it tastes pretty good. But if you want perfect, input from me as a connoisseur of beef sei (I've tried 5 brands of seisapi restaurants).
1. Sambel is not spicy enough
2. The broth lacks broth taste. It feels a little weird.
3. The beef is less smokey (but it's delicious and there's a lot of it)
4. The vegetables are not suitable for kale
5. Place the wrapper instead of using a rice bowl so it's easy
