Sebagai perkenalan saya order Latte Art (begitu tertulis di buku menunya), setelah latte datang, tak terlihat ada lukisan angsa atau bunga pada umumnya, saat pegang cangkirnya terasa sangat panas, mungkin karena proses froathing susu yang over heat membuat susu menjadi pecah dan tak bisa dilukis, atau memang Barista yang masih harus belajar lagi, baik tentang Art maupun tentang kopi, karena rasa Latte yg saya pesan tak jelas antara latte, kopi susu atau kopi kalengan yang siap minum.
