★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik ini sblm pandemi ramai sekali,semenjak pandemi klinik ini memberlakukan pembatasan pasien sepertinya,menurut saya bagus sih untk kebaikan bersama,kebetulan sy berobat antar anak ke dokter gigi langganan saya & keluarga,datang di rabu pagi dokter gigi yg cowok,penjelasan & perawatan pak dokternya bagus,semoga pelayanannya tetep baik….sukses buat kliniknya
 This clinic was very busy before the pandemic, since the pandemic this clinic has imposed patient restrictions, it seems, I think it's good for the common good, I happened to take treatment with my children to my regular dentist and family, came on Wednesday morning a male dentist, explanation & treatment, sir the doctor is good, hopefully the service will continue to be good .... success for the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya lumayan ramai, saya kira karena pelayanannya yang lambat. Ternyata perkiraan saya salah...pelayanannya sangat baik dan memuaskan, mulai dari pendaftaran, suster, dokter, sampai petugas farmasinya. Meskipun timnya sedikit tapi mereka tetap memberikan pelayanan yg maksimal dan profesional. Dan paling suka petugas farmasi (cowok) kalo gak salah namanya mas rama karena jarang banget ngeliat cowok tulisannya rapih??? dan pelayanan obatnya juga terbilang cepet, gak sampe 20 menit setelah diperiksa obat udah siap. Sehat selalu utk seluruh karyawan, dokter2 dan pimpinan dari Klinik Bhakti Jaya, tetap semangat dalam memberikan pelayanan dan terima kasih atas pelayanan yg maksimal dan memuaskan.
The clinic is quite crowded, I think because the service is slow. It turned out that my estimation was wrong...the service was very good and satisfying, starting from registration, nurses, doctors, to the pharmacy staff. Even though the team is small, they still provide maximum and professional service. And most like the pharmacy staff (boys) if I'm not mistaken, the name is Mr. Rama because it's rare to see a guy whose writing is neat ??? and the medicine service is also fairly fast, less than 20 minutes after checking the medicine is ready. Always healthy for all employees, doctors and leaders of the Bhakti Jaya Clinic, keep the spirit in providing service and thank you for the maximum and satisfying service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ repot bgt org mau minta surat rujukan malah dipersuit, suruh minta rekap kontrol dri RS sgala lah.
Lagi sakit malah dipersulit.
It's really troublesome when people want to ask for a referral letter, they're even sued, tell them to ask for a recap of control from the hospital all the time.
Getting sick is even more difficult.

Just asking for a referral is difficult, it feels like we just want to move health facilities, right, we should also ask for a referral because we know what our condition is..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasien umum lebih di utamakan di banding pasien bpjs.. Kita sama2 bayar. Saya yg udah nunggu 1jam lebih blom di periksa sdangkan pasien umum yg baru dateng lebih di utamakan.. PARAH...!!!
General patients are prioritized over BPJS patients.. We pay the same. I, who have been waiting for more than 1 hour, have not been checked, while general patients who have just arrived are prioritized... SEVERE...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk parah bgt.. pendaftaran istirahat 2x dalam 3jam.. jam 12 istirahat.. jam 15 smp jam 16.15 istirahat LG (sholat ashar) (pendaftaran tutup total). Kita mengerti dan paham sholat adalah ibadah yg harus tepat waktu.. tp apakah masuk akal dgn waktu 1 jam.. DAN TERNYATA PETUGASNYA TIDUR.. JENG JENG JENG.. MINTOL SAMA SUSTERNYA UTK BANGUNKAN ITU PETUGAS YG TIDUR DI LANTAI 2
Very bad service.. registration takes 2x breaks in 3 hours.. 12 hours break.. 15 to 16.15 breaks LG (asr prayer) (registration is completely closed). We understand and understand that prayer is worship that must be on time.. but does it make sense to take 1 hour.. AND IT WAS SLEEPING OFFICER.. JENG JENG JENG.. INTOLED WITH THE SISTER TO WAKE UP THE OFFICER SLEEPING ON THE 2nd FLOOR
