★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli kemarin di toko langsung, barang yg dijual tidak sesuai harga yg di post di instagram. Cenderung lebih mahal dan memberikan harga yang "suka-suka" atau "asal nyebut", harusnya sudah di tetap kan harga suatu produk, tp malah tanya sana sini (tanya staf lain) yg anehnya malah beda2 harganya.
Mungkin sangkin lupanya harga atau gmn, main tulis aja di bon harga yg di "mark up". This is my first time buy baby tools. Tp bener2 kecewa aja pelayanan seperti itu. Harga suka2 mreka. Ditambah lagi ada barang yang tidak dimasukin di bawaan belanjaan saya, tp ditulis di bon (memang saya beli tp kok barangnya ngga dimasukin). Tambah kecewa saya sampai rumah.  I bought it yesterday at the store directly, the items sold didn't match the prices posted on Instagram. Tend to be more expensive and provide price "like-like" or "original reference to", should have been at the fixed price of a product right, tp asked here and there instead (ask other staff) who strangely even beda2 price.
Maybe it's possible to forget the price or how, just write it on the price tag that is "marked up". This is my first time buy baby tools. But I was really disappointed in such service. They like it. Plus there are items that are not included in my shopping baggage, but written on the bill (I did buy, but how come the items aren't included). More disappointed I got home. Thia is my first and last buy baby items in here. Thankyou audrey baby shop ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mba nya ramaaah. Dilayanin, diambilin, dikasih kertas list apa aja yg kita butuhin, tinggal tandai aja. Mba2 nya yg carikan barang.Termasuk lengkap untuk peralatan baby sampe ibunya. Harga grosir. Lebih murah, apalagi kl ada promo. Tipsnya kalau beli sebut merk aja, karena kalau ga gitu si mba rekomen barang yg rada mahal ? tapi ya ada harga ada kualitas sih. Sesuaikan kantong masing2 aja. Sukses terus Audrey baby shop.

Contoh : baju libby dia blg 37500, tetapi org libbynya langsung blg 32000
- kacamata jemur baby deal harga 22000 dia tulis di bon 30000, Saya marah Dan komplain
- kasur kelambu di ig harga 300rb dia tulis di bon 310rb, dia blg Kan klo di ig BLM pake ongkir. Terus Saya blg justru mestinya lebih murah Saya dong yg beli jauh2 dtg kesini.
- beli tissu basah pure beli 2 gratis 1 , di bon tertulis 70000 tapi kenyataan pas Saya cek tissuenya tidak Ada di plastic belanjaan saya. ( Pada saat memasukan belanjaan mereka tidak absent satu2 persatu barang lebih cenderung buru2 masukin barang ke plastik)
- baju libby nb mereka bilang harganya sekian ternyata. Pas Tanya sama spg Libby harganya cuma 23000
- Bak mandi bayi Karena mereka Tau Saya Tau kelakuan mereka awalnya blg 200rb lebih jd bilang 165rb.
- spg yg melayani pura2 nga Tau harga menurut Saya untuk mereka bisa mark up harga, dengan Cara Tanya Sana sini ke spg lain, misalnya , kode ALE itu berapa ya? Sambil main Mata ketok harga. ( Sya kmrn dilayanni sama spg yang mba2 mukanya kyk arab2gitu sama MBA yg kecil pakai kacamata dikuncir satu "spg minyak telon ") .
- selimut topi komu2 itu di ig harganya cuma 170 Dan dgn gambar yg sama sya komplain, mereka blgnya ini beda yg ini model baru, hello emang Saya bego ini yang di ig gambar motifnya sama Dan tgl uploadnya baru Masa iya produk lama???.
- handuk Palmer baby di ig 70 mereka jual di toko 75 rb dong.
Maaf ya ini kekecewaan Saya, baby shop rasa pasar, ini Kan baby shop udh terkenal , bernama kenapa penanganan nya Kaya gini.
Klo mau jualan jgn ambil untung terlalu banyak, bikin customer males balik lagi.
( Satu lagi mungkin spgnya foto bon penjualan mereka di hp mereka , biar mereka Tau bisa ambil Keuntungan dari barang yg Mana yg mereka udh markup).
Bener2 kecewa Saya. Spg setiap ketawan mark up harga matanya nga berani tatap Mata saya.

Sorry, this is my disappointment, baby shop has a taste of the market, this is a famous baby shop, it's called why the handling is like this.
If you don't want to sell too much profit, make the customer lazy back again.
(One more thing might be spgnya photos of their sales receipt on their cellphones, so they know they can take advantage of which items they have marked up).
Really disappointed me. Like every eye mark up the price of his eyes dare not look me in the eye.

Kalo mau beli kado buat temen yg abis ngelahirin atau beli buat keperluan sendiri, tempat ini recommended banget lah. ?
Kalo untuk kado, dapet free dibungkusin pake kertas kado sama mbak nya. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu ramai apalagi saat akhir pekan. Sebaiknya buat dahulu daftar keperluan yang dibutuhkan sehingga tidak bingung saat sampai di sana dan usahakan sampai saat toko buka sekitar jam 10 agar lebih nyaman berbelanja. Di atas jam 12 biasanya sudah penuh orang.
Pelayanan ramah, pegawainya banyak dan mereka akan assist sampai selesai. Dulu kalau pembayaran pakai kartu kredit akan kena charge tambahan, nggak tau deh kalau sekarang. Kalau pembayaran cash atau kartu debit sih nggak masalah.
Ini salah satu toko perlengkapan bayi yang cukup lengkap mulai dari 0 tahun hingga balita. Mulai dari popok, baju, toiletries, baju bayi, alat pompa ASI, stroller, car seat hingga mainan. Tapi tidak semua merk tersedia, walaupun merk-merk standar seperti Libby dan Velvet komplit.
