★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya bersih, stafnya friendly, apalagi bapak dan ibu pemiliknya ramah banget & low profile. Kamar luas bisa nampung extra bed, tv LED besar, wifi kenceng sampe dlm kamar, ac dinginnnn... seprai & selimut bersih, handuk wangi, km mandi dalam kamar dilengkapi hot shower yg berfungsi baik.
Tenang sekali, jadi bisa benar-benar istirahat.
Selain menyediakan menu inhouse, disekitar penginapan jg banyak tempat makan & coffee shop.
Tiap hari dapet jatah laundry gratis 1 hari beres.
Sarapan bisa pilih dari beberapa menu yg ditawarkan. Rata-rata kamar ada jendela nya jadi gak pengap.
Ada dapur yang boleh dipakai sama tamu penginapan lengkap dengan kompor untuk masak makanan instant, alat makan lengkap, water dispenser hot & cool, disediakan kopi+gula gratis pula.
Near to Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Sanata Dharma Univ, & Atma Jaya Univ can be reached by walk. It's just 20 mnts drive to 'malioboro street' as icon of Yogyakarta City. No worry because it's easy to get online taxi here.
I stayed 4 nights and recommend this place.
 The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, especially the owner's mother and father are very friendly & low profile. Spacious rooms can accommodate extra beds, large LED tv, fast wifi in room, air conditioner ... clean sheets & blankets, scented towels, bathroom in km equipped with a well functioning hot shower.
Very calm, so you can really rest.
In addition to providing an inhouse menu, around the inn there are also many dining & coffee shops.
Every day get a free 1 day laundry ration.
Breakfast can choose from several menus offered. On average the room has a window so it's not stuffy.
There is a kitchen that can be used by guest accommodations complete with stoves to cook instant food, complete cutlery, hot & cool water dispenser, free coffee + sugar.
Near to Yogyakarta State University, Sanata Dharma Univ, & Atma Jaya Univ can be reached by walk. It's just 20 mnts drive to 'Malioboro street' as the icon of Yogyakarta City. No worry because it's easy to get an online taxi here.

The place is very comfortable, the hotel owner is friendly and very welcome. Guaranteed everything is clean, the location is near the Sanata Dharma Mrican campus, Atma Jaya Hukum, UNY, UGM. Kerenn, if you go to Jogja, you always stay here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and helpful people! Bapak Suryo, Ibu Suryo, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. They even gave me a tour in the best places in the city, shared stories about the culture of Yogya, and helpful tips during my stay. Living here feels like home. The place is very strategic with lots of good places to eat and shop nearby. Definitely coming back to this beautiful place! Terima kasih banyak!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a premium boarding house (private bathroom, laundry, AC) with provide daily room through Traveloka. I stayed one night and my first impression is the hospitality of both owner and the staff. It has balcony so you can have a breakfast while sunbathing. In front of the house is mosque, quite strategic location and its surrounded by a bunch of cafes and distro outlets. They provide welcome snacks (actually you can taste it anytime!). The taste of breakfast is truly home-made menu. The only drawback is lack of electric terminal inside the room and the quality of TV channels. I think I will stay again someday...
