★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an ok A&W outlet with good service and food. Standard menu. It is a bit cramped in the basement of ITC Cempaka Mas and not a good eat out experince, but recommended for pick your meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place for dinner, while was waiting for my old phone being repaired. I don't know why, the place is little bit grimy, the floor is wet and mud stained on some spots.
Also, I experienced an unpleasant thing, which was while I was enjoying on my dish, I had to see the employee scratching his head to get rid the dandruff off. I was trying to ignore it but I couldn't as the employee was about 2 meter2 away and showed another unpleasant gesture that I couldn't mention it.
I hope that the other people didn't experience this too, it were just me having a bad day.
Speaking of dish, it was typical fast food menu. Nothing special, or maybe I was so disappointed so that I couldn't enjoy my dish very much.
