★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya gak bisa kerja cepat. Dan juga ketika input data biarpun udah dikasih Passport & KTP tetap aja salah tulis. Seolah mereka itu gak profesional dan cenderung Ngoyoo dalam Kerja
The service can't work fast. And also when inputting data even though you have given a Passport & KTP, it is still written wrong. As if they are not professional and tend to Ngoyoo at work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perusahaan yang seharusnya melayani wisatawan/pengunjung tapi malah melayani dengan sangat buruk.. cara berbicara staff yang buruk dan memasang muka masam. Pengunjung tidak dihargai.. malah disuruh untuk pindah ke layanan tour lain. Benar2 tidak menghargai pengunjung dan tidak ramah. Kapok deh pakai tour ini..
The company is supposed to serve tourists / visitors but instead serves very badly ... how to talk bad staff and put on a sour face. Unappreciated visitors ... instead told to move to another tour service. Really do not respect visitors and are not friendly. Please use this tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uda beberapa kali pake travel ini tapi ngedeal nya di avia cabang emporium sama pusat.. so far orangnya oke.. nah pas sekali ini kita lagi ke mkg deal disini karena ada pameran dpt promo tambahan...STAFF AVIA MKG sini bener bener GA RAMAHH!!! What a shame!!!!! padahal jual service tapi mereka ga tau gimana cara menyambut dan nge treat customer dengan baik.. malas dan jutek!!!! ampe akhirnya kita aga marah baru dilayanin itu juga dengan muka cembetut...bener bener NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!
Uda used this travel several times but realized in the emporium branch of the central and central emporium ... so far the people are ok ... well, once we go to the mkg deal here because there is an exhibition with additional promos ... AVIA MKG STAFF here is really GA RAMAHH !!! What a shame !!!!! even though they sell service but they don't know how to welcome and treat customers well ... lazy and dirty !! until finally we were angry and just served that with a pained face ... really not NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum saya membuat review ini, saya lihat review2 sebelumnya, dan ternyata memang bintang nya cuma 1 aja..
Staff nya kurang cekatan dlm bekerja.
Respon sangat kurang.
Pengalaman saya bs dapet tur ini karena hadiah dr boss.
Dikarenakan memang kendala dr Avia Tour, tur kami batal, maka kami ada deposit di dalam Avia Tour, tp sayang, mau menggunakan deposit untuk membeli tiket mertua, mereka membutuhkan dokumen kelengkapan untuk yakin bahwa tiket yg dibeli adalah memeng untuk mertua dan tidak diperjualbelikan.. Which is good.. tp prosesnya bertele2 dan memakan waktu cukup lama.. dan lucunya minta dokumen berupa : akte lahir, kk ddan akte nikah... saya bilang, cukup lah KK saya, karena di KK ada tertulis nama sayas suami dan ibu kandung. TpTAvia tour lucu.. karena mereka tidak tahu proses , mereka minta semua.... FYI : harus ada akte nikah baru bs buat KK dan dalam KK ada nama ibu kandung, dan nama suami...
Sekian review saya, semoga bermanfaat untuk perubahan Avia Tour untuk menjadi lebih baik ke depannya..
Before I made this review, I looked at the previous reviews, and it turned out that there was only 1 star.
The staff is not good at work.
Very little response.
My experience is that I can get this tour because of a gift from the boss.
Due to the constraints of Dr. Avia Tour, our tour was canceled, so we have a deposit in Avia Tour, but unfortunately, they want to use the deposit to buy tickets for in-laws, they need complete documents to make sure that the tickets purchased are memes for in-laws and not for sale.. Which is good.. but the process is long and takes a long time.. and the funny thing is asking for documents in the form of: birth certificate, family name and marriage certificate... I said, enough for my family card, because on my family card my name is written on my husband and biological mother . But the tour is funny.. because they don't know the process, they ask for everything.... FYI: there must be a new marriage certificate for KK and in the KK there is the name of the biological mother, and the name of the husband...
That's all my review, hopefully it will be useful for Avia Tour changes to be better in the future..
