Pelayanan customer service lambat, hampir setengah jam gak ada panggilan padahal yg antri cuma 2-3 orang.. petugas pelayanan cuma satu lagi.
Customer service is slow, almost half an hour there are no calls even though there are only 2-3 people waiting in line ... just one more service officer.

Pelayanan terutama customer service sangat lambat.Saya harus nunggu 2,5 jam hanya utk 3 orang..semoga diperbaiki serviceny dan lebih baik cs ada 2 org bukan 1 aj..
Service, especially customer service, is very slow. I have to wait 2.5 hours for only 3 people ... I hope the service will be improved and there are better cs there are 2 people instead of 1 ...

Pelayanan sangat buruk....teler tidak ramah...jutek semua...hal yg sama punterjadi PD teman sy... Teler yg rambutnya agak kriting dan yg memakai kerudung.... Duh ga banget pelayanannya... Tolong di training ulah agar bisa jauh LBH RAMAH

Sampe sini jam 1.40 semua layanan udah tutup padahal karyawan masih ada semua. Bener2 kecewa dengan layanannya, ga ada satupun officer nya yg mau bantu semua sok sibuk masing2 hanya security aja. Beda banget layanannya dengan weekend bank lainnya !!!!!
Arriving here at 1.40 all services have closed even though the employees are still all there. Really disappointed with the service, none of the officers wanted to help everyone, all pretentiously busy, just security. The service is really different from other bank weekends !!!!!

pada ga niat kerja, gaji puluhan juta tidak menjamin kinerja yang bagus, malu maluin aja, mesti dirombak staff dan pimpinannya semua, pada malesΒ²an ga ada inisiatif kerja sama sekali, pimpinannya juga payah ga bisa atur bawahannya, etos kerjanya lebih parah daripada pegawai negeri jaman si kumis, masih waktunya jam kerja, tapi pada santai ngerumpi, worst cimb branch !!!

Baru bisa masuk ke dalam bank setelah pintu mall buka jam 10 pagi, padahal tertera bank beroperasi mulai jam 8 pagi. Akibatnya banyak nasabah harus mengantri depan pintu mall. Dan pada saat pontu mall terbuka, para nasabah harus berdesakan masuk le dalam bank.
You can only enter the bank after the mall door opens at 10 am, even though it says the bank operates from 8 am. As a result, many customers have to queue at the mall door. And when the mall pontu opens, customers have to squeeze into the bank.

I arrived at 910am. The working hours started at 830 and there is nobody in the customer service counter and im only the person in the bank. The offiers is still eating and chatting inside the room.... This is so bad...
