Pernah servis printer Epson seri L di sini karena ada warna tinta yang gak mau keluar.. waktu ditawarkan ganti print head dengan harga selangit, saya ngotot minta tolong dicoba dahulu dibersihkan print headnya, karena saya liat di youtube, printgead yang mampet bisa dicoba dulu dibersihkan dgn cairan head cleaner.. setelah 2-3 hari printer katanya sdh bisa diambil.. waktu ngecek hasil cetakan di tempat, sudah oke.. saya pikir masalahnya selesai.. tapi waktu di rumah mau cetak foto, tintanya tidak mau keluar lagi.. waktu saya pertanyakan hal ini ke cust service lewat WA, jawabannya tidak memuaskan.. sayang sekali kualitas pelayanan service center kayak gini yang bisa membuat nama besar suatu vendor bisa hancur berantakan.. untuk ke depannya saya tidak akan mau membeli printer merk Epson jenis apa pun jika kualitas service centernya masih kayak begini..
I had an Epson L series printer serviced here because there was an ink color that didn't want to come out ... when I was offered to replace the print head at an exorbitant price, I insisted that I try to clean the print head first, because I saw on YouTube, a clogged printgead can be tried to clean it first with head cleaner fluid .. after 2-3 days the printer said it could be taken .. when I checked the printouts on the spot, it was okay .. I thought the problem was over .. but when I wanted to print photos at home, the ink wouldn't come out again .. When I asked this to cust service via WA, the answer was unsatisfactory ... too bad the quality of service centers like this can make a big name of a vendor fall apart ... in the future I won't want to buy any type of Epson printer if the quality of the service center is still like this ...

Walau sempat kecewa saat pertama kali datang untuk upgrading RAM dan checkup asus tuf a15 yg masih dalam masa garansi karena diminta meninggalkan laptop, namun keesokan harinya saya dilayani dengan sangat baik. Dijelaskan berbagai fitur didalam hardware tuf serta kelebihan dan kekurangan serta rekomendasi upgrading hardware selanjutnya agar performance semakin mumpuni untuk bekerja. terima kasih pak widi dan mbak vidia yang sudah melayani
Even though I was disappointed when I first came to upgrade RAM and checkup asus tuf a15 which was still under warranty because I was asked to leave my laptop, the next day I was served very well. Explained various features in tuff hardware as well as advantages and disadvantages as well as recommendations for further hardware upgrading so that performance is more qualified to work. Puas dngn pelayan servis center ini.Lengkap bisa servis printer juga.Pernah servis laptop anak saya dibantu arahin ke admin oleh mbak Angel,admin ramah,laptopny juga sudah berfungsu normal lagi..... Tadi hubungi mbak Angel untuk tanya2 soal printer teman saya yg rusak & masih dilayani dengan baik pdahal sudah jauh dari jam operasional dan sudah close toko.Setelah dikasih solusi,biar afdol dibawa ke toko katanya. Sangat memuaskan pelayanan disini?

ini gimana mau dapet customer ya.. udah hubungi ada masalah printer dari kurang lebih 1 minggu lalu tapi sampe sekarang belom ada pelayanan apa"... cuma nanya keluhannya aja, sudah dijelaskan tapi tidak direspon lagi hanya di read aja.. padahal udah pernah service disini dan langsung datang teknisinya... tapi gatau kenapa sekarang lama respon.. mohon diperhatikan kembali pelayanan customer servicenya.

Mau service kesini gegara deket daerah ciledug.. terus kayak official gitu.... ternyata bolak balik sampai 2 bulan lebih baru kelar... Itu pun saya respect sama teknisinya namana mas Furqon... 1 lagi teknisi kurus" kecil ga pinter banget... Udah tu curang banget gegara mau tes hasil printer bagus atau ngga, kan harus isi tintanya, udah diisiin penuh, rusak, diperbaiki balik balik tintanya kosong, belum lagi dikuras ketika printernya selangnya ga boleh ada angin dan tintanya katanya palsu dll,... dikira harga 1 botol tinta 10rb kali ya... hitam 100rb lebih, warna lainnya 90rb, isi ulang mpe 3x lebih udah mau 1 jutaan gegara tinta, ga ditanggung sm mereka lagi. Katanya seblum printer dibawa, nanti diisi ulang sesuai dgn kondisi sblum dibawa ke tmpt perbaikan, pas dikembalikan malah kosong.... Total 2 bulan perbaiki disni udah habis jutaan hasil ga maksimal, dgn pelayanan adminnya buruk jg... Bintang nya ini hanya utk mas furqon yg udah mau cape" dtg bertanggung jwb, slebihnya gada bintang... kaalu perlu 1 bintang aja...

It's really cheating because you want to test the printer's results are good or not, you have to fill in the ink, it's been filled in completely, it's damaged, it's repaired, the ink is empty, not to mention drained when the printer has no air and the ink is said to be fake, etc.,. I think the price of 1 ink bottle is 10 thousand times... black is 100 thousand more, other colors are 90 thousand, refilled mpe 3x more already want 1 million because of the ink, they are not covered by them anymore. They said before the printer was brought, it will be refilled according to the conditions before taking it to the repair shop, when it was returned it was empty.... A total of 2 months of repairing here, millions of results have not been maximized, with bad admin service too... Kacau banget service printer thermal satu aja sampe sekarang udah sebulan lebih belum kelar, sampe bolak balik 3x jalan dari kota bumi - ciledug pas sampe sana asal ditanya belum jadi mulu. teknisi nya yang kecil banyak alasan sampe mau nanyain kabar soal printer nya udh selesai apa belum ke nomor epson nya aja gk pernah di respon hadehh amat
