★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional, not on time, bad services, very disappointed... Saya servis kulkas disini ga beres, pake sehari langsung rusak, servis lagi 3 hari rusak lagi, teknisinya bapak2 itu di telpon ga jawab, janji ga tepat. jangan sampai ada pelanggan yang kecewa lagi.
Not professional, not on time, bad services, very disappointed... I serviced the refrigerator here and it went wrong, when I used it for a day it broke, the service was broken again in 3 days, the technician on the phone didn't answer, the promise wasn't right. Don't let any more disappointed customers.

Tidak di kasih kwitansi pembayaran. Service AC outdoor katanya ada kebocoran freon, setelah 3 hari sudah tidak dingin lagi. Saya cek masih ada air yang netes dibeberapa titik di outdoor. Sewaktu pengisian freon angka meteran hanya di 10, setelah saya cari-cari info seharusnya di angka 60 - 80. Di bilang ada garansi 3 bulan tapi di tanya-tanya bapaknya tidak menjawab.
Be careful, not recommended at all.
Not given a payment receipt. The outdoor AC service said there was a freon leak, after 3 days it wasn't cold anymore. I checked there was still water dripping at several points in the outdoor. When charging the freon the meter number is only at 10, after I looked for info it should be at 60 - 80. It was said there was a 3 month warranty but when asked about the father, he didn't answer.
