Waiting inside.the treatment room is cramped. No place to set comfortably while family is treated.
First experience, dentist proceeded to do scaling for my kid before explaining why scaling is needed and before asking for confirmation and signed approval for me. I am covered by my company so it's ok but i hate that they did something before asking approval
Second time with my wife, after done the treatment we are asked to wait and they didn't process payment immediately due to a miscommunication.
Just be aware of what you are getting into.
