★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank yg sangat tidak berpihak kepada nasabah, setelah ambil nomer antrian kita disuruh menunggu diluar sama bapak security yg berlagak seperti polisi, tidak ada ramah dan sopan sama sekali, diluar tanpa ada kursi dan kanopi, kita di biarkan hujan2an. Pantas banyak cabang yg tutup dan bangkrut, pelayanan sungguh mengecewakan. Jaya selalu BCA
