Jelek banget pelayanan kasir nya , setiap mau bayar toped pas selalu ga bisa , dengan alasan ini itu , beda sama Alfamart di tempat lain , malah bisa bayar toped

Dulu sering beli cemilan disini, karena ya yang seperti pemilik deskripsikan diskonnya hampir setiap hari ada. Tapi pernah kejadian saya beli cemilan atau barang kebutuhan sehari hari ga dapet diskon padahal tanggal yang tertera masih berlaku bahkan masih Minggu depan masa berlaku diskon (but it's okay, no problem) ya sekarang beli disini cuma beli barang barang yang penting aja Dan pelayanan karyawannya agak gimana gitu, kalo gasalah beberapa waktu lalu ada event bayarin 10rb di beberapa barang karena sudah melewati limit pembelajaran yang berlaku, karena saya kurang paham tentang gituan dan lagi ga tertarik ya saya tolak Tapi karyawannya ngomong "pak ini barangnya kita bayarin yang 10rb jadi kita cuma numpang struk nya aja" (ya okelah ini karyawannya mau nyari untung dari event barang murah) Karena waktu itu masih kurang paham ya jadi saya nanya "jadi ini saya bayarnya ga nambah kan?" Dan 2 karyawan yang berada di posisi kasir balesnya dengan nada keras/ngeGAS "JUMLAHNYA MASIH NORMAL PAK, JADI YANG 10RB KITA YANG BAYAR, KITA CUMA NUMPANG STRUKKK" (buset mba saya cuma nanya, kalo mau dapet keuntungan ga gini caranya) Ya lain kali perhatikan lagi sikapnya, Untung aja ga berhadapan sama orang yang gampang emosi

Sebernya klo karyawannya sih ga ada msalah, tpi kepala toko nya songong banget muka jutek, ga ada ramah2 nya, kalo bisa kepala toko nya di kasih teguran supaya bisa ramah kpada pembeli, dan kpala toko nya slalu ngomng toko gue wkkw saking songongnya ????
