★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya nasabah kpr niaga sdh 8 thn tetapi mau minta copy asuransi kerugian dan kematian yg atas nama pribadi kita aja susahnya minta ampun. Telp 14041 ngk ada jwbn. Sdh berbulan2 ngk ada jwbn. Apalagi mau minta penurunan suku bunga dimasa pandemi gini ngk dijwb2 jg. Niaga itu cuma mudah diawal tetapi tdk mengakomodasi keinginan kita sbg nasabah. Ngak profesional
 I am a commercial kpr customer for 8 years but I want to ask for a copy of loss and death insurance which is in our personal name, it's hard to ask for forgiveness. Tel 14041, there's no answer. After months, there are no millions. Moreover, if I want to ask for a reduction in interest rates during a pandemic like this, I will not answer it. Commerce is only easy at the beginning but does not accommodate our wishes as customers. Not professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KPR sy ( 190. juta) 8 thn fix 5 thn ( 2016 suku bunga 8,50%) dan 3 thn ikutin suku bunga , sekarang saya dah masuk thn ke 5 + , bulan ini ikutin suku bunga KPR yg berjalan, dan bulan ini suku bunganya 8, 38 % apakah normal sesuai suku bunga dari BI atau CIMB punya aturan sendiri ???? sy sdh tlp ke 14040 tapi saya tdk mendapatkan jawaban yg memuaskan . tq
My mortgage ( 190. million ) 8 years fixed 5 years ( 2016 interest rate 8.50%) and 3 years following interest rates, now I have entered the 5th year + , this month follow the current mortgage interest rate, and this month the rate the interest rate is 8, 38%, is it normal according to the interest rate from BI or CIMB have their own rules???? I have called 14040 but I didn't get a satisfactory answer. tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau urus KPR aja ga bisa disambungin langsung ke PIC nya, suruh nunggu tp udah berbulan bulan ga ada yg tlp balik. Percuma kalo harus ke kantor offline juga.
If you want to take care of a mortgage, you can't connect it directly to the PIC, tell me to wait but it's been months and no one has called back. It's useless if you have to go to the office offline too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telp ke 14041 mau konfirm pengambilan BPKB ribettt. Surat kuasa dari suami yg krj LN harus dilegalisir dari kedutaan setempat. Utk lampiran copy paspor dan ID setempat. Tp dari pihak bank cimb niaga bintaro bilang yg dlegalisir itu bukan surat kuasa tp copy paspor. Sudah gitu di pingpong minta download aplikasi octomobile bicara langsung sm pihak bank. Kaku dan tidak informatif. Bolak balik telp tp gak bisa menyelesaikan keluhan nasabah. Padahal cm mw ambil BPKB dari KPM yg sudah lunas dari tahun lalu.
Call 14041 to confirm that the BPKB collection is complicated. The power of attorney from the husband who is overseas must be legalized from the local embassy. For attachment copy of passport and local ID. But from the CIMB Niaga Bintaro bank, they said that what was legalized was not a power of attorney but a copy of the passport. That's it, Pingpong asked to download the Octomobile application, talk directly to the bank. Rigid and uninformative. Back and forth the phone but can't resolve customer complaints. Even though I just want to take BPKB from KPM which has been paid off last year.
