★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan lambat, apalagipas melayani penerima BSU. orang dioper sana sini, suruh bolak balik berkali2, sekalinya dpt antrian, lambat banget ngurusnya, masa bikin buktab penerima BSU aja nunggu dr jm 7 pagi sampe jam 5 sore.
slow service, especially when serving BSU recipients. people are passed here and there, tell them to go back and forth many times, once they get a queue, it's really slow to take care of it, the time to make the BSU receipt is just waiting from 7 am to 5 pm.
