★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk antrian Customer service lama banget, karna hanya ada 2 CS. Saya antrian nomer 5 dr jam 08:00 - 11:00 baru dilayani. Semoga dibenahi lagi untuk bagian CSnya, sangat disayangkan bagi nasabah yg terkait jam kerja atau yg lainnya menunggu lama.
For the Customer service queue it is really long, because there are only 2 CS. I queue number 5 from 08:00 - 11:00 just served. Hopefully it will be fixed again for the CS section, it is very unfortunate for customers who are related to working hours or others who wait a long time.
