★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebaiknya satpam kalau menayakan keperluan nasabah cukup garis besarnya tidak perlu detail misalnya soal kpr, tabungan,dll. Ketika sy ingin mendapatkan informasi lbh byk mengenai kpr satpam menahan dgn berbagai mcm pertanyaan, kmd beliau menjelaskan, tp krn sy tdk puas akhirnya sy pakai cara agak sedikit berbohong agar sy bisa bertemu dgn pegawai banknya. Dan tnyt benar informasi yg sy dpt dr satpam sebagian tdk benar, pdhl sblmnya sy udah disuruh plng klo blm bawa surat yg beliau maksud. Klo stp nasabah hrs menjelaskan detail ttg keperluannya kpd satpam , terus tugas pegawai bank untuk apa?

If the customer stp has to explain the details about his needs to the security guard, then what are the duties of bank employees for?
