Minta bantuan dengan satpam juga tidak bisa, karena dia tidak menyaksikan penarikan dana dari awal. Dikira kami mengada-ada, soalnya belum pernah kejadian seperti ini sebelumnya. Alhamdulillah hari Senin nya konsultasi ke customer servis dan dibantu membuat surat aduan. Setelah kurang lebih dua Minggu kami cek rekening, dan Alhamdulillah dana sudah masuk ke rekening kami kembali.

Service is slow ,,, & too crowded but there is no improvement in service, often closes early even though the office is still open to refuse cash deposits ,,, very disappointed better transfer to another bank weeexxxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengalaman 3 hari berturut.turut mau buat kartu atm BNI di tolak terus sama sekuriti yg pertama kesiangan yg kedua datang lebih pagi sekitar jam 8 antrian habis dan yg ke tiga antrian habis juga padahal datang lebih awal.. mungkin gara.gara pakean dekil apa ya pdhl mau buat ATM buat nyimpen duit yg saya bawa 50jt
