 CS that was gancit on November 21, 2019 at 2.34 pm was very polite, the time is longer My token chronological story cannot be used immediately cut "essentially just Buk" .... Then it ends up asking questions Abcde, listen to me well first That's why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just sharing: Hari Sabtu kemarin, atas rekomendasi dari sahabatku @rani_rahmafuri , dan tertarik juga dengan promo 50% off tiket nonton di @cgv.id kalo bayar pake kartu debit Xpresi BCA, aku memutuskan untuk bikin tabungan Xpresi BCA. Sebetulnya aku pernah punya Xpresi dulu, tapi sejak ga ada promo apapun, aku ga pernah lagi menggunakan kartu tsb. Ditemani Rani dan suamiku, aku daftar untuk kartu baru Xpresi di weekend banking BCA di Gandaria City @bankbca
My overall satisfaction for pengalaman pembuatan rek Xpresi BCA bagiku ada di 10 out of 10. Aku se-happy itu setelah aktif-in kartu BCA Xpresi-ku. Kenapa? Karena hal-hal berikut ini (selain keberadaan weekend banking yang sampe mlm yang amat memudahkan nasabah): 1) Pendaftaran untuk bikin rek sangat mudah. Cukup KTP dan nomer hape. 2) meskipun antrian banyak, tapi mba CS nya yang stand by (literally standing) akan info sekitar jam berapa urutan kita bisa diproses. Aku daftar jam 4.30 sore, mba nya ngasih tau perkiraan akan diproses di atas jam 6. Kalau sudah hampir giliran aku, aku bakal ditelpon. I mean, how great is that?! 3) Saat sedang diproses, aku menerima update melalui SMS tahapnya sampai mana. 4) Saat pendaftaran ada CS via web call yang ready untuk membantu. Setelah dicek oleh CS ternyata rekening aku masih aktif jadi ditawarkan 2 opsi oleh CS tsb mau pakai rek lama hanya ganti kartu, atau tutup rek lama dan buka rek baru. CS proaktif menyarankan untuk tetap pake rek lama dan hanya upgrade kartu saja karena free of charge sedangkan kalau buka rekening baru akan kena charge 25k untuk kartu. What a smart CS! Namanya Nia btw. 5) ngga cuma CS online call yang membantu, tapi juga CS yang stand by di booth. Dia yang mondar-mandir untuk melayani aku, terus ngasih tahu caranya ttd harus sama kayak di KTP (padahal emang ttd aku di KTP susah banget ditiru bahkan oleh aku sendiripun susah di-replicate ??). Then, boom, jadilah kartuku ? thanks, BCA! Other banks in Indonesia must learn from BCA.
Suamiku juga memutuskan untuk ganti kartu yang gambarnya lebih lucu. Tapi memang kena charge 25k karena ganti kartu atas keinginan sendiri ?

Just sharing: Day Saturday, on the recommendation of a friend @rani_rahmafuri, and are also interested in the promotion of 50% off movie tickets at @ cgv.id if pay Xpresi BCA debit card use, I decided to make savings Xpresi BCA. My overall satisfaction for Xpresi rek BCA manufacture experience for me was 10 out of 10. I am happy that after a se-active in my Xpresi BCA card. Why? Because of the following (in addition to the existence of the banking weekend until mlm it easy for customers): 1) Register to make rek very easy. Enough KTP and cellphone number. 2) although the queue is a lot, but the CS student is standing by (literally standing) will be info about what time our order can be processed. I register 4:30 pm, his mba ngasih estimates will be processed on hour 6. If it's almost my turn, I'd phoned. I mean, how great is that ?! 3) When it is being processed, I receive the update via SMS where to go. 4) When registering there is a CS via web call that is ready to help. After checking by CS, it turned out that my account was still active, so offered 2 options by CS they would want to use old accounts, just replace the card, or close the old account and open a new account Proactive CS recommends that you keep using the old account and only upgrade the card because of the free of charge, whereas if you open a new account it will be charged 25k for the card. What a smart CS! His name is Nia btw. 5) Not only are online CS calls helpful, but CS also stands by at the booth. He was pacing back and forth to serve me, continue to give out how to be the same Signed kayak in KTP (though weve signed me on the ID card is really hard to be duplicated even by I too hard on-replicate ??). Then, boom, be my card ? thanks, BCA! Other banks in Indonesia must learn from BCA.
My husband also decided to replace the card with a more funny picture. But it was charged 25k because of changing the card on my own wish ?
